Service Contracts
What does it do?
When mechanical or electrical failures occurs, the service contract will help to cover the costs for labor and parts that have failed. It provides protection for those unexpected out-of-pocket expenses that happen due to wear and tear over time. Many of the plans also provide Alternate Transportation, Roadside Assistance or Towing.
Can I buy it later?
You can purchase a service contract for the first 90 days following your purchase without an inspection of your Vehicle. However, once it is over 90-days from your purchase date, you will need to have it inspected by an authorized service facility prior to eligibility and you will be responsible to repair any failed parts.
What does it cover?
Our contracts are offered in three coverage groups:
Core Coverage – provides stated component coverage for the engine, transmission, and drive systems of your Vehicle.
Essential Coverage – includes all components of the Core Coverage and additional stated components of the electrical, air conditioning, and cooling systems of the Vehicle.
Essential+ Coverage – includes all components of the Core and Essential Coverge and adds stated component coverage for safety, suspension, enhanced electrical and other systems.
Ultimate Coverage – provides what is called “Exclusionary” coverage. Rather than list out the thousands of parts and components protected by the plan, only certain items are “Excluded”, such as plastic trim parts, routine maintenance, and wear items such as tires and brakes.
There are additional coverages available to enhance each of these plans, please see your seller and your copy of the contract for complete availability.
Is it transferrable? Is it Cancellable?
Our contracts are transferrable and cancellable! Please contact the seller or our administrative offices for assistance. Transfer and cancellation fees vary by state; please see your contract for details.
